Job Summary

The E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's e-commerce platform and supporting sales and marketing efforts through the creation of digital and print marketing materials. This role works closely with sales, operations, and management to ensure products are accurately presented online and supported with effective flyers, sell sheets, and promotional content.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative individual who is comfortable working across digital platforms and marketing assets in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

  • Maintain and update the company's e-commerce website.
  • Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy of product data, promotions, and inventory-related content.
  • Coordinate website updates, banners, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor site performance and report on basic metrics (traffic, product performance).

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Design and update flyers, sell sheets, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Design product and packaging. (seasonal product and carton boxes)
  • Support sales team with customized product sheets and customer-facing materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Assist with email campaigns, digital promotions, and seasonal launches.
  • Organize and maintain a library of marketing assets.

Content & Coordination

  • Coordinate product photography and basic image editing.
  • Work with internal teams to gather product and pricing information.
  • Assist with trade show materials and special promotions as needed.
  • Lead and manage company functions.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketing coordination, or digital content.
  • Experience managing an e-commerce platform.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop or Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in wholesale, manufacturing, packaging, or foodservice industries
  • Basic understanding of SEO and online merchandising
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Basic analytics experience (Google Analytics or platform reports)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
