We are seeking an experienced Flight Test Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the build of developmental test missiles and backing up the Development Flight Test Lead.

1. Support the program's flight/field test effort by managing the build of flight and field test missiles.
2. Coordinate with USG customer, range personnel, and internal stakeholders across functions.

You will also coordinate across engineering functions and Ops, documenting pedigree, analyzing test results, supporting generation of missile build plans and configuration definition. Additionally, you may need to travel (~25%) to support field test events.
