Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage AV installation projects from planning through closeout
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop project schedules, manage budgets, and track progress
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards
* Provide leadership, direction, and support to field teams
* Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long term relationships
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an AV Project Manager or similar role
* Strong understanding of AV systems, integration, and installation processes
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Problem solver with a proactive, team focused mindset
