Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and policies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our logistics.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area, adhering to Safety protocols.
- Train and guide other team members on inventory control best practices.
- Ensure all activities comply with Safety regulations and that appropriate PPE is utilized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including some Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
