Exciting opportunity in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are seeking a Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be directly involved in our logistics process, contributing to customer satisfaction through diligent work and attention to detail. Safety and accuracy are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities before packing.
- Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound logistics.
- Stage completed orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station and warehouse environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the required use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions carefully.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
