Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure product safety.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and rotation.
- Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
