Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This position is critical to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution processes. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and products, verifying against order documentation.
  • Accurately pick and pack items for outgoing shipments according to order specifications.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist in loading outbound trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Wear all required PPE and follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies to management.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Comfortable wearing required PPE.
