We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This position is critical to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution processes. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products, verifying against order documentation.
- Accurately pick and pack items for outgoing shipments according to order specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks to ensure accuracy.
- Wear all required PPE and follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe workplace.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies to management.
- Contribute to overall team goals and support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE.
