Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Sacramento, California! This is a dynamic role within our logistics center, responsible for efficiently processing and fulfilling customer orders. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to dispatching completed orders. A high level of accuracy and speed is expected, along with a strong commitment to workplace safety. We provide all necessary PPE, and adherence to safety regulations is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well collaboratively. Experience with warehouse operations or fulfillment processes is advantageous. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and order lists.
  • Pack items carefully and securely for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE.
