We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is essential for the daily operations of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational targets and maintaining efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
