Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Forklift Operator for our Boise, Idaho distribution center. You will play a crucial role in our logistics operations by safely and efficiently moving inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting our warehouse team. This position requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety. As a Forklift Operator, you will ensure that materials are handled correctly and contribute to the overall productivity of our facility. We provide a safe working environment and expect all team members to strictly follow Safety guidelines and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
  • Load and unload trailers and containers accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any issues.
  • Safely transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock placement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Safety standards.
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving manual Lifting when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensure timely movement of goods to meet production and shipping demands.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts in a warehouse setting.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices, including proper PPE usage.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including occasional Lifting and bending.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
