About
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking products, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of logistics and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Utilize warehouse equipment and systems (e.g., RF scanners) to manage inventory.
- Ensure products are packaged securely and appropriately for transit.
- Label shipments correctly and prepare them for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
