Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and unloading inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. Safety is paramount; all associates must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and walking.   • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
  • Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and deadlines.
