Join our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in San Diego, California, as a Distribution Center Associate. This is a dynamic role where you will be integral to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders for dispatch, and preparing outgoing shipments. We emphasize a rigorous commitment to Safety, and all associates must consistently wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety protocols. This position involves significant physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing and walking. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, efficient, and possess a strong work ethic. Your role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. - Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly.
