We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in Orlando, Florida. This role is vital to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and finished goods throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will be a certified forklift operator with a strong commitment to Safety and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory to and from storage areas, and assist with order picking and staging. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all Safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is critical. This position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve significant Lifting and maneuvering of goods. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks.
- Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
- Assist in receiving and stocking operations.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and reflective vests.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and Safety awareness.
