Why This Role is Perfect for YouAt Targeted Provision, we collaborate with schools and local authorities to make a real difference in the lives of young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. We’re seeking dedicated Core Subject Tutors and Teachers in Maths, English, or Science who are ready to transform lives in their communities!

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
- Subjects: Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
- Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this) and 2+ professional references.
- Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote roles.
- Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
- Provide in-person , online , and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
- Plan lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
