Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £25,750.40

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. - Meet each child’s individual needs, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
- Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
