Senior Engineer – Electrical Engineering (Site & Facilities)

Salary: Up to £49,000, based on your experience.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our electrical engineering standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining site standards and technical requirements for electrical engineering.
• Conducting reviews and assessments of design proposals.
• Producing comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
• Engaging in problem-solving for engineering issues related to your expertise.
• Supporting the site engineering team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Essential:

• Experience in electrical, control, or instrumentation engineering roles.
• Proven electrical engineering experience in an industrial environment, with knowledge of applicable standards for electrical installations.

Desirable:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (e.g., HND with relevant experience).
• Familiarity with CG Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2022.
• Certification in CG 2396 Design, Erection, and Verification of Electrical Installations.
• Membership in a relevant engineering institute (e.g., IET).
