Join Our Team as a Nursery Manager at Greenfields Nursery School!

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you ready to lead a passionate team in an Outstanding nursery (Ofsted, July 2022)? At Greenfields Nursery & School in Shipston-on-Stour, we’re on the lookout for an inspiring Nursery Manager who is eager to make a real impact in the lives of young children.

We provide full- and part-time care for children aged 9 months to 5 years, with dedicated Key Workers ensuring that every child's learning and care is tailored to their unique needs. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and act on recommendations.
  • Embed an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments for children.
  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's development.
  • Promote a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
  • Address complaints or concerns promptly and inform senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
  • Engage in marketing activities to promote the nursery.
  • Foster positive relationships with your team through an approachable manner.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
  • Essential: Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
  • Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
  • Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
  • Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
