Hours: 40 hours - 4-5 days per week

Salary: Level 2 Salary £26,291.20 per annum

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
  • Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification - essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
  • Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
