Data Alchemy: Forging Insights from Information C-4 Analytics is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with expertise in data infrastructure and architecture to help shape the future of our data-driven digital marketing platforms. As a part of our growing Product, Engineering, and AI team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and bringing together our diverse data sources and orchestrating intelligent systems. We need you to lead with an AI-forward mindsetdesigning and managing pipelines, platforms, and orchestration technologies that transform information into actionable insights. As our Data Engineering Virtuoso, you'll build enterprise-grade AI pipelines, turning unstructured data into decision-making gold by creating intelligent data platforms at scale. Illuminate the Future of Marketing Intelligence The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouse connectivity, data cleaning, normalization, database architecture, database optimization, and orchestration processes. This role will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering enterprise-grade AI pipelines. Familiar with data manipulation and experience with Python libraries like Flask, FastAPI, Pandas, PySpark, PyTorch, to name a few Proficiency in statistics and/or machine learning libraries like NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn, scikit-learn, etc. Experience in building ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines with platforms like Airflow, Dagster, or Luigi What's important for us: Academically Grounded: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. Seasoned Practitioner: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data infrastructure, architecture, and database management. Code Craftsperson: Fluent in Python and SQL, expressing complex logic with elegant simplicity. Database Strategist: Understanding when to deploy relational, vector, graph, or document data models. Strong understanding of database architecture principles, including sharding, replication, indexing, and optimization techniques. Data Driven: Proficiency in designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation. Cloud Navigator: Confidently guiding projects through the AWS ecosystem and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms. The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. Please note that the stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit for the role.
