Come join our amazing team and work remote from home! Under direct supervision, you'll assist in designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data integration systems to support business applications and business intelligence for the enterprise. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and optimizing data integration processes, ETL workflows, and data platforms Collaborating with stakeholders and third-party vendors to define, evaluate, and align business requirements for scalable data integration, reporting, and business intelligence solutions Leading the design and development of automated solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency Maintaining ETL jobs and leading troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues Designing, implementing, and maintaining data platforms, technical designs, and functional specifications Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data processes, reports, applications, and procedures Designing, developing, and deploying scalable reporting and dashboard solutions to support business intelligence, data visualization, and operational efficiency What you'll need: Advanced knowledge of working in the Microsoft SQL Server environment to design, implement, and optimize enterprise data solutions with a focus on scalability and performance Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, and transformation processes, with practical experience implementing ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS Working knowledge of version control concepts, with experience using Microsoft DevOps for managing code repositories and collaborative development Expert knowledge to lead and oversee SDLC processes Advanced expertise in T-SQL programming, scripting, and optimization techniques Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to design and optimize complex data solutions while collaborating effectively across teams High school diploma or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree in computer sciences preferred Four (4) or more years of experience in the information technology field with a strong focus on relational databases, data integration (ETL), data warehousing, business intelligence, reports development, and dashboard design Four (4) or more years of experience with ETL tools SSIS Four (4) or more years of experience with database management systems MS SQL Strong working knowledge of integrating applications using APIs is preferred Experience with Microsoft BI applications (SSRS, SSAS, Power BI) is preferred Knowledge of cloud-based database management and integration services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks) to lead and optimize data integration and transformation processes is a plus Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python or Java Our Company: Carrington Mortgage Holdings is a holding company whose primary businesses include asset management, mortgages, real estate transactions, and real estate logistics.
