As a key player in our organization, youll work closely with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions that address complex business needs./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliPartner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoints best-in-class solutions/liliLead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions/liliEnsure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs/liliOversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials/liliMaintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases./li/ulh3What Were Looking For:/h3ulli3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS)/liliProven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects/liliExperience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus/liliFamiliarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus/li/ulh3Technical Skills:/h3ulliStrong understanding of relational databases and SQL/liliKnowledge of Reporting Business Intelligence platforms is a plus/li/ulh3What Youll Bring:/h3ulliThe ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities/liliExcellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly/liliA passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry/liliStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members/liliA sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently/liliIn-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects./li/ulpJoin us in transforming the utility sector with smart, innovative solutions that matter.
