This position serves as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue./ppThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:/pulliResearch and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, social media, company websites, and industry events./liliUtilize tools and platforms to gather relevant contact information of decision-makers within target companies./liliInitiate outbound communications via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish a connection with potential leads./liliCraft compelling and personalized messaging to create interest and capture the prospects attention./liliConduct initial conversations to understand the prospects business challenges, needs, and pain points./liliEngage in meaningful conversations with leads to assess their fit for the companys products or services./liliMaintain regular follow-up with qualified leads who are not yet ready to make a purchasing decision./liliEducate leads about the value and benefits of the companys offerings, addressing their concerns and objections./liliCollaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement./li/ulpMinimum Education
