This position works with professionalism and consistency to design spaces for our remodeling and home renovation clients./ppstrongBenefits/Perks:/strong/pulliPaid Training/liliCompetitive Compensation/liliBonus Opportunities/liliGrowth Opportunities/li/ulpstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliGenerate leads by working personal contacts and social media./liliQualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan of sales actions./liliPerforms job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customers needs./liliPhotographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide before photographs for the showroom album./liliGathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer./liliCreates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale./liliRevises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed./liliCollects payments from clients./liliCommunicates necessary information to the project manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order./liliCompletion and follow-up of product orders for cabinetry, remodeling materials, kitchen accessories, and more to ensure we meet our clients timelines./liliMeets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details./liliContinues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities./liliNKBA certification preferred, but not required./li/ulpstrongJob Requirements:/strong/pulliParticipate in home/trade show rotation/liliStrong negotiating skills/liliHighly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic/liliOptimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliProfessional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes/li/ulpstrongWhy Work for Kitchen Tune-Up:/strong/pulliRapid growth in the market./liliGrowth opportunities available, if desired./liliSales training and all sales tools provided./liliOngoing training and coaching provided./liliWe are a high quality company with a great team and excellent reputation.
