The Sales Representative is the face of our brand, building trust, providing clarity, and helping clients confidently move from inspiration to execution./ppThis is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role for someone who enjoys people, design, and closing meaningful projects./ppWhat winning looks like:/pulliClients feel heard, understood, and excited about their kitchen/liliDesign solutions align with both lifestyle and budget/liliSales conversations feel clear, confident, and professional/liliProjects move smoothly from consultation to contract/liliClient relationships are strong, warm, and long-lasting/liliRevenue goals are met through integrity and consistency/li/ulpKey responsibilities:/pulliMeet with homeowners to understand goals, preferences, and budget/liliDevelop and present thoughtful kitchen layouts, materials, and finish selections/liliGuide clients through the full sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement/liliBuild trust-based relationships that result in confident decisions/liliMaintain accurate documentation of designs, selections, and client communication/liliCollaborate closely with design and installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience/liliStay current on kitchen trends, materials, and product offerings/liliRepresent Kitchen Tune-Up with professionalism in every interaction/li/ulpExperience and skills:/pulliSales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, design, or a related field/liliStrong communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and confidently/liliComfort working one-on-one with clients in their homes and in the showroom/liliInterest in design, layout, and how people live in their spaces/liliHighly organized with strong attention to detail/liliTech comfortable with CRM systems and design software/liliMotivated, energetic, and self-directed/liliCollaborative and team-oriented/liliStrong problem-solving skills when questions or challenges arise/li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliPaid in-house sales and product training/liliUncapped compensation plan with bi-weekly draw during ramp-up/liliCompany car or mileage reimbursement/liliHealth insurance PPO and HSA options through United Healthcare/liliFull-time role with strong earning potential/liliAll sales tools and systems provided/liliOngoing coaching and development/li/ulpWhy work at Kitchen Tune-Up?
