Our collaborative environment values initiative, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to customer success./ppResponsibilities:/pulliEngage directly with customers to manage and process inbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment./liliProactively identify and develop new sales opportunities from marketing initiatives, outside sales, and national accounts./liliBuild customer relationships by suggesting related products and leveraging buying history to maximize value./liliPrepare and follow up on quotes, securing orders and learning from lost opportunities./liliMonitor open orders and proactively resolve delivery risks or delays, keeping customers informed./liliAnalyze and report on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to drive business improvements./liliChampion process enhancements to boost efficiency and elevate customer service./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/lili24 years of experience in sales or sales administration/liliProficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations/liliStrong multitasking, communication, and attention to detail/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team/liliFluent in English and Spanish./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/liliExperience in structured cabling or enterprise data centers/liliSkilled in prospecting and applying marketing concepts to new and existing accounts/liliDemonstrated ability to solve moderately complex problems and implement solutions/li/ulpAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
