In this role, you'll strengthen the entire software delivery ecosystem that enables Teledyne Controls' development teams to thrive. You'll blend CI/CD engineering, automation, system administration, and configuration management to design, maintain, and enhance the pipelines and tools that keep innovation moving. From improving build and deployment workflows to administering key platforms like Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, and Artifactory, you'll ensure our engineers have secure, reliable, and efficient environments to build, test, and release high-impact software.

What You'll Do Tool Administration:
Administer and support engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, and similar platforms. Configuration Management:
Support configuration management best practices. Pipeline Development:
Design, maintain, and enhance automated build, test, and deployment pipelines. Reliability:
Support continuous integration systems, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Containerization Support:
Help support containerization workflows (Docker, Kubernetes, ECR, GHCR, Artifactory). Monitoring:
Contribute to operational monitoring, log visibility, and incident response workflows. Access Management:
Manage user accounts, permissions, access requests, and role configurations across engineering tools. License & Vendor Coordination:
Assist with tool license allocation, renewals, and vendor coordination. Security & Compliance:
Ensure tools remain secure, patched, and aligned with IT and cybersecurity policies. What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of professional experience in software tools administration or related roles. Familiarity with scripting languages including Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Experience supporting development tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise (GHES), and Artifactory. Knowledge of identity management systems (Active Directory, Azure AD). Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or Prometheus. Experience with virtualization (VMware (Workstation / vSphere / vCenter). Familiarity with containers and registries including Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECR. Experience working with contemporary Windows and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL) is a plus, but not required. Some exposure to InfrastructureasCode practices (Terraform or CloudFormation) a plus. Salary Range: $66,200.00-$88,300.000
