Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Position: Level 3 Practitioner

Type: Permanent | Monday – Friday | 25 hours per week | £13.01 p/h

Located in a charming period property with an impressive outdoor garden, our nursery features an on-site forest school and an outside classroom. We provide a friendly and homely environment for children from birth to 5 years, ensuring they have access to quality childcare and a stimulating atmosphere filled with both adult-led and child-initiated activities.

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, providing outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to meet the developmental outcomes for each child.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued development.
• Be passionate and inspiring, working effectively within a team while actively pursuing your own professional growth.
• Bring a fun, caring, and friendly approach to your role.
• Promote a high-quality learning environment.

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 25 to 40 per week.
• A commitment to continual professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
