• Manage and oversee children's swimming lessons.
• Maximize occupancy and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
• Lead by example and inspire others with your dedication to swimming.

• A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for fitness and swimming.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
