As an Assistant General Manager, you will be a people-focused leader with full accountability for operating a successful DL Club. Your mission? To deliver an exceptional experience to our members every single day, 7 days a week!

You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to:

  • Implement strategies that drive club targets and enhance member experience
  • Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations

About You

As our ideal Assistant General Manager, you will bring:

  • Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
  • A track record of leading various functions with diverse challenges and goals
  • Leadership experience within the leisure industry, ideally in high-volume health clubs
  • Experience in financial planning and management
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
