IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget. This role ensures that all project objectives are met by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and applying effective project management methodologies. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborating with infrastructure teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor IT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware upgrades, network enhancements, and system migrations. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management. Coordinating with business users, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery. Facilitating requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into technical deliverables. Tracking and reporting project progress, key milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and management. Managing project risks, issues, and change requests through a structured process. Conducting post-project sustaining and lessons learned to improve processes. Being willing to travel for business, both domestically and internationally. Collaborating with the team in a different time zone. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT project management or related technical project roles. Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or system implementation projects. Preferred attributes include: Experience in SAP, ERP, MES, or enterprise application projects. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud migration initiatives. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with global or regional teams
