About
Role We are looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Apprentice to take ownership of our social presence and help build a strong, consistent brand across every platform. This is a hands‑on apprenticeship role, ideal for someone at the start of their marketing or content career.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content (video, reels, graphics, photography and written posts)
Manage and schedule content across all social platforms
Maintain a consistent look, tone and message across all four brands
Support brand campaigns for recruitment, facilities management and construction services
Capture on‑site and behind‑the‑scenes content (projects, people and culture)
Support senior team members with content ideas and campaign planning
Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and results
Ensure content aligns with NOTION4's brand guidelines and values
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in content creation and social media
Confidence using platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Basic experience with video and design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar)
Strong attention to detail
A creative mindset with the ability to work in a structured, organised way
Professional communication skills – written and visual
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
No formal experience is required – this is an apprenticeship role – but you must be motivated and serious about building a career in marketing and content.
