Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience in the home improvement field.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and initiate follow-up communications as needed
• Make outbound calls to homeowners, HOAs, and county officials to coordinate projects, resolve issues, and gather information
• Coordinate projects related to Homeowners Associations (HOAs)
• Manage permit applications and approvals
• Interpret and sketch house location surveys
• Read and understand CAD designs for decks, patios, and enclosures
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the home improvement field (construction, remodeling, etc.)
• Familiarity with HOAs, permits, and local building codes

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $17-$19, depending on experience and skills
• Regular working hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
• Company benefits provided
• Quarterly Commissions based on upsells

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with occasional field work requirements, including:
• Training and professional development opportunities
• Permit running and errands
• Plat pick-up and other field-related tasks
