Proven track record in modernizing and re-platforming enterprise systems using AI. Strong programming skills and familiarity with AI frameworks and cloud platforms. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA, Lafayette, LA, Belton, TX, Lebanon, VA, Knoxville, TN offices; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable./ppRequired qualifications to be successful in this role: Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on AI technologies and software development. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software architecture frameworks. In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong emphasis on hands-on coding and development. Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and their application in real-world projects. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. Experience in modernizing and re-platforming enterprise applications, with a focus on leveraging AI technologies. Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and platforms that facilitate automation and optimization in software development. Strong understanding of modern software architectures and platforms, including microservices, containerization, and cloud-native technologies. Ability to assess and integrate AI solutions into existing development workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to analyze and optimize complex software systems for performance and scalability. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges./ppDesired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience working with US Federal Government agencies or similar environments, with an understanding of their unique requirements. Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, particularly in the context of AI applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and trends, with a passion for continuous learning and development./ppCompensation range for this role in the U.S. is $143,500.00 - $282,500.00.
