This is a remote position. Job Title: Data Analyst Role Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across business units. Responsibilities: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI / Tableau. Perform data cleaning, exploration, and descriptive analytics. Interpret KPIs and provide insights that influence strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics initiatives. Perform A/B testing, customer segmentation, and root cause analysis. Required Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python. Hands-on with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Understanding of statistical concepts, data visualization best practices. Experience working with relational databases, basic ETL knowledge. Data Engineer
