We are looking for an experienced Head of Software Engineering to lead our PHP development team and co-create innovative technological solutions with us. Your responsibilities: Managing the team of programmers and organizing their work Active participation in the programming process (hands-on approach) Introducing and promoting new technologies and AI tools supporting programming Establishing and monitoring code quality standards Optimizing software development processes Collaborating with other departments in the company to create and develop products Mentoring and developing team members' competencies Participating in planning the company's technology strategy Supervising the timely completion of projects in line with established goals
