Experience with Generative AI & Agentic Applications
- This role includes building and deploying AI assistants, managing agentic frameworks, and orchestrating enterprise AI workflows. You will play a key role in translating complex AI requirements into actionable Oracle cloud-based solutions.
AI/ML Solution Engineering in Lakehouse Contexts
- Demonstrate your advanced capabilities in designing scalable data pipelines, MLOps workflows, and deploying AI/ML models using tools such as Databricks ML and BigQuery ML within data lakehouse architectures.
Excellence in Pre-Sales Engineering
- Utilize your proven track record of engaging with enterprise customers to qualify opportunities, shape POCs, and drive product adoption from pilot to production. Conduct effective technical presentations and competitive positioning to showcase our solutions.
Thought Leadership and Enablement
- Contribute to our thought leadership by producing high-quality technical content such as white papers, solution accelerators, and informative blogs. Participate in delivering valuable presentations at customer briefings and industry conferences.

- Stay on the cutting edge of technology and best practices in AI and data platform modernization. Your insights will help shape product engineering and future roadmaps driven by customer needs.
Responsibilities Engage with strategic customers to build leadership relationships and implement solutions that address their needs. Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and develop innovative architectures, translating business needs into technical outcomes. You may also be involved in deploying solutions through coding and scripting. You will deliver customized presentations to clients and at events, showcasing deep product knowledge. Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment by providing resource configuration and planning, as well as training and education. Develop and share technical resources like white papers and video demonstrations. Lead the development of new solutions and processes, acting as a trusted expert in cloud solutions and customer success. Maintain your expertise by staying informed about emerging technologies and serving as a key authority for both customers and internal teams. Your insights will guide product enhancements and engineering roadmap decisions based on customer feedback.
