Manager
to lead a team of developers in modernizing and enhancing our clients' online and backend platforms using .NET technologies. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Software Engineering Manager's Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee and lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Define technical strategies and best practices for modernizing legacy systems and developing new solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and implement software design principles, security best practices, and performance optimizations. Software Engineering Manager's Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related industry experience. Expertise in C# and .NET technologies, including .NET Core and ASP.NET. At least 5 years of hands-on development experience including coding, maintenance, architecture and design. Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a strong technical culture.
