Responsibilities: Analyze large and complex data sets to tackle diverse and challenging problems using various analytical and statistical methods. Leverage quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop product strategies that enhance user experience for billions and support hundreds of millions of businesses. Establish and track metrics to assess the success of product initiatives through goal-setting and trend analysis. Identify key opportunities for product improvement and shape roadmaps with your insights and recommendations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform and guide product strategy and investment decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R (2 years if holding a Ph.D.). Experience solving analytical challenges through quantitative methods, with a focus on user behavior and long-term product trends, leading projects from inception to delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field. Public Compensation: $147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
