We are seeking a talented professional to enhance our legal operations by connecting various legal systems and ensuring a seamless data flow. This role demands in-depth knowledge of systems integration, database connectivity, and enterprise integration platforms, with a focus on transforming business needs into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integration solutions that connect Elite 3E, iManage, SharePoint, and other legal systems for smooth data exchange. Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time synchronization between Microsoft SQL Server databases and legal applications. Set up and oversee API integrations and middleware solutions to facilitate secure data flow between SaaS services and on-premise legal systems. Implement integration solutions involving Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and linked servers for enhancing cross-system operations. Create and maintain effective PowerBI data connections, ensuring legal dashboards reflect real-time integrated data from various sources. Configure and optimize Microsoft Fabric integration services, including Data Factory pipelines for legal data flows. Utilize Databricks for building integration workflows that handle complex data transformations between legal systems. Monitor integration performance and resolve connectivity issues while executing optimization strategies to ensure high availability of services. Develop and maintain thorough documentation of integration architectures, data mappings, and connection specifications. Collaborate with legal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions. Implement mechanisms for Change Data Capture (CDC) to track and propagate real-time changes across integrated systems. Ensure security measures and compliance standards are met for all system connections, especially for sensitive legal data. Perform other duties as required to fulfill the role's requirements. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in systems integration, with 3 years focused on legal industry applications and databases. Proven experience integrating Elite 3E with external systems using APIs, database connections, and customized interfaces. Familiarity with iManage integration, including document synchronization, workflow automation, and third-party connectivity. Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server integration, specifically with SSIS packages, stored procedures, and cross-database solutions. Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration practices, including REST APIs and PowerShell automation. Experience with PowerBI integration, including gateway setup and automated refresh processes. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric integration, particularly Data Factory pipelines. Proficiency with Databricks integration workflows for data orchestration. Expertise in using integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools within the legal sector. In-depth understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise service bus architectures for system connectivity. Skills in SQL, PowerShell, and other scripting languages for automation tasks. Experience with enterprise integration patterns including batch processing and event-driven architecture. Familiarity with legal data structures and compliance requisites for integrations. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex integration challenges effectively. Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with technical teams and legal professionals. Knowledge of cloud integration platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure services. Understanding of version control and change management processes for integration solutions.
