lodging property maintenance supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lodging Property Manager to oversee the maintenance of our resort facilities. This role involves ensuring all systems, equipment, and property assets are well maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.

This position is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and experience in managing them on a daily basis.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing tasks such as repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
