What you’ll do day to day
Welcome and engage customers professionally, keeping them informed throughout their vehicle’s repair
Schedule workshop appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate customer records
Promote additional services based on technician recommendations
Manage secure movement of retail vehicles and maintain precise records
Prepare vehicles to brand and customer standards before delivery
Accept and check deliveries of new and used vehicles, reporting issues promptly
Complete timely appraisals of vehicles taken into stock and arrange required work
Direct and prioritise tasks for Workshop Controller and Valentes.
Maintain showroom, demonstrators, and used car stock to required standards, including weekly checks
Ensure approved used cars are prepared within five working days and maintain photographic standards above 90%
Conduct pre‑appointment customer calls to confirm bookings, ensure readiness, and address any preliminary questions
Keep auction vehicles ready for collection with all paperwork completed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers professionally and build trust
Excellent organisational and time management abilities for scheduling and prioritising tasks
Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and vehicle checks
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Problem‑solving skills to address discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
Previous experience in a customer‑facing or automotive environment is desirable
Competence in using dealership or service management systems for bookings and records
A valid UK driving licence is essential
