- Junior or Senior college student working towards a degree in architecture or architectural design
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design tools
- Strong communicators with a passion for collaborative problem-solving
- Interested in working on active military bases and learning in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Enthusiastic, growth-minded, and ready to launch a long-term career in design-build architecture
