• Contribute to impactful, mission-driven projects for the U.S. military and other federal clients
• Collaborate on design and construction teams to see projects through from concept to completion
• Grow professionally through mentorship, hands-on learning, and real-world experience
• Work on both office and field settings on exciting projects throughout the U.S., including the Southeast and Caribbean

• Assist in the design development and coordination of building systems and architectural elements
• Support the preparation of construction documents, renderings, and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams during all phases of design-build projects
• Gain exposure to federal design standards and learn how to deliver high-performance facilities
• Work with seasoned architects and design professionals on projects that serve the U.S. military

• Junior or Senior college student working towards a degree in architecture or architectural design
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design tools
• Strong communicators with a passion for collaborative problem-solving
• Interested in working on active military bases and learning in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
• Enthusiastic, growth-minded, and ready to launch a long-term career in design-build architecture
