Schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday
Pay: Salaried position commensurate with experience and growth – starting at $50,000+

Your Role as Store Manager:As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations—ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, developing your team, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong business acumen, and deep understanding of convenience store operations, including fuel and food service management, margins, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, coach, and motivate all store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team culture that aligns with company values.
- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to promote individual and team growth.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including sales, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising to optimize margins and minimize waste.
- Review pricing and product mix daily to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, community events, and marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing
Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
