Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe is hiring a Full-time Housekeeper/Laundry aide. This position works with all departments to ensure a clean facility. Regular daily cleaning will include but not be limited to cleaning all rooms and common areas in the facility.

Some job duties include but are not limited to

• Operate and maintain all laundry equipment.
• Delivers soiled linens to laundry; sorts, washes, dries, folds, and returns clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms.
• Cleans laundry room, sorting, and soiled linen tubs.
• Waste and trash removal.
• Dry and wet mopping of all floors
• vacuuming all carpeted areas
• General cleaning & dusting of all surfaces
• Buffing, waxing, and stripping of all floors as needed
• Deep cleaning and assisting in moving rooms as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Akron, OH Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Akron, OH 44310: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
