Titan Florida has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Scheduler. This salaried non-exempt position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. The primary function of this position is to coordinate maintenance needs and maintain the SAP system for an accurate recorded history of fleet and plant repairs, parts, maintenance, and labor.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Create purchase orders for parts and services – Plants / Trucks
· Enter receivers for PO's created into SAP
· Receive parts, label, and place into storerooms
· Enter maintenance work orders in SAP
· Perform inventory spot checks
· Run quarterly physical inventories for each shop
· Arrange for timely deliveries of all parts ordered
· Run monthly financial reports in SAP as needed
· Collaborate with the procurement, accounting, vendors, and maintenance teams
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Excellent computer skills, SAP knowledge highly desirable
· Working knowledge of purchasing procedures and computerized inventory control systems preferred
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work with limited supervision to complete work assignments.
· Ability to regularly lift to 50 pounds
· Strong math, reasoning and analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Associates degree preferred
