Job Description
Oracle's Global Sustainability Office is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as a Program Management Director of Sustainability Reporting & Engagement. This high-impact role will oversee the functions of external sustainability communications, regulatory and voluntary reporting/disclosures, and internal employee engagement programs. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, and drive Oracle's sustainability disclosures and communications in alignment with corporate growth and global regulatory trends.

This role is for Nashville, TN. Candidate must live or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Oracle's sustainability reporting, external disclosures and communications, employee engagement and business enablement.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant voluntary (CDP, GRI, TCFD) and regulatory (ESRS/CSRD) disclosures; ensure audit readiness and stakeholder alignment.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including customers, industry groups, regulators, and sustainability partners, representing Oracle's sustainability progress and commitments.
  • Guide the development and execution of internal engagement and training programs to build understanding and adoption of sustainability best practices across all lines of business.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent, credible sustainability messaging and materials for customer-facing purposes.
  • Monitor and interpret emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and standards; translate insights into actionable strategies and continuous improvement plans.
  • Drive organizational change management to further embed sustainability across Oracle's business functions and culture.
  • Oversee adoption and optimization of enterprise sustainability platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud for Sustainability) for data governance, collection, and validation.
  • Ensure Oracle's sustainability initiatives are aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and industry benchmarks.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish clear goals, performance metrics, and professional development pathways.
  • Identify staffing needs and support recruitment, onboarding, and training to grow and advance the team's capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-integrity culture in alignment with Oracle's values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, communications, public relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years leading teams in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles within large, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise-level sustainability reporting and disclosures, including navigating leading frameworks and standards (ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, TCFD, GHGP).
  • Proven experience managing external stakeholder relationships and engaging effectively with executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Track record of strategic program management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with voluntary carbon markets, carbon offset/removal projects, and environmental commodities.
  • Expertise in sustainability and reporting software (e.g., Oracle EPM, SAP Sustainability, Workiva).
  • Advanced data analytics, visualization, and process optimization capabilities.
  • Background in employee engagement, enablement, and/or learning and development.
  • Background in sales and/or business development.

Responsibilities
Manage the people responsible for the development, release, and maintenance of hardware products through the supply chain lifecycle. Key actives of the team include Bill of Material (BOM) management; New Product Introduction (NPI) activities; material transitions; and End of Life (EOL) management. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as development budgets. Monitor the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with design engineering peers on technical matters. Manage interdepartmental activities ensuring release of the program on schedule and within the budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Works collaboratively and builds strong, strategic partnerships, securing broad support for initiatives from key players across LOBs. Enhances Oracles competitive advantage by driving competitiveness and innovation using deep customer understanding. Delivers team leadership by building visibility and reputation across different LOBs, functions, cultures, and geographies. Leverages each team members unique talents and role models talent management practices to create high performing teams. Copes with complexity as shown by complex decision making as demonstrated by the ability to provide balanced judgment and problem-solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations. Enables execution as measured by the ability to develop and execute operational plans that deliver business results.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 - $291,800 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
