The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role ensures accuracy in order fulfillment, inventory control, and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock based on pick tickets or verbal requests
- Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with company procedures
- Load and unload delivery trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required
