Property Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and coordinate construction staff
• Meet production timelines and deadlines while maximizing building efficiency
• Lead workplace safety protocol and proper equipment for all staff
• Serve as construction trainer for new employees
• Manage and oversee operations for quality and timely completion
• Physically inspect buildings to ensure compliance with code, legal parameters, and guidelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets established standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.

Requirements

• Expertise in All Trades,carpentry, drywall, painting, framing, and finishing.
• Proven experience as a Construction Lead or Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and workplace safety principles and practices.
• Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes.
• Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. (spanish preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30+ per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

No nights

Weekends as needed
