Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner / Maintenance Team Member to keep our facilities spotless and well-maintained. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in your work, this is the perfect opportunity to join our enthusiastic team

We are hiring for two shifts:

• Morning Shift: Approximately 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Evening Shift: Approximately 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the gym and spa areas

• Wipe down and sanitize gym equipment, mirrors, counters, and fixtures

• Clean and maintain the spa area, including removing excess water, wiping surfaces, and ensuring Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge areas are tidy and hygienic

• Restock supplies (towels, cleaning products, toiletries) as needed

• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

• Perform general cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas

• Report any maintenance issues or equipment needs to management

• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training)

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Availability for the specified shift times (flexibility for weekends/holidays is a bonus)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
